Event booking, promotion and production downloads

• Promotional Materials (Music) – a four-page document containing press quotes, a biography, discography, etc.  For use in presenting information to a booking committee, etc.

• Promotional Photographs – download high quality photos for promotional use here. Please credit photos to Johnno Chen.

• Information on David’s speaking and workshops. Promotional flyer for David as a speaker and/or workshop leader – coming soon.

• Promotional Card - A half-sheet (4.25 x 11) card with a short bio, a few pictures and links to web resources.  Useful for distribution in promoting an event. Click here for printing instructions.

• Stage Plot/Technical Rider – For solo concert with sound system provided by venue. If David will be performing with a band, please request a band stage plot (varies depending on who is performing).  Note: for a speaking event, technical requirements are different. Please inquire.
